I am very happy to friend anyone, that is one of the points of lj, is it not? However I do have a few... guidelines... I don't friend back blank journals, or net talkers or, well, you get the drift and I also tend not to friend back unless you comment somewhere and say hi and just mention your friending me. That's what I do when I friend and I just consider it polite and I appreciate it.
